Our Wines

What I'm looking for in Rancho Zabaco wines is richness, flavor intensity, and balance. I'm asking everyone in the vineyard and in the winery to get out of their comfort zones and push the envelope to bring forth these qualities in our wines. Our house style is rich and ripe, and everyone takes the extra steps to keep us on track to achieve the right style.

With our vineyards in Sonoma County, and especially in the Dry Creek and Russian River valleys, we are able to create wines with both intensity and sophistication – balanced, integrated, and memorable.
