At Rancho Zabaco, we craft our Zinfandel wines to showcase the decadent flavor characteristics of some of Sonoma County's most sought after vineyards. We take great care in the winery to achieve a house style that is rich and ripe in the glass.

We carefully select grapes from renowned vineyards in Sonoma County, namely from the revered Dry Creek Valley and the rich, red volcanic soils of Monte Rosso Vineyard in Sonoma Valley. These grapes allow us to craft bold, sophisticated wines that are flavorful expressions of their unique Sonoma County vineyards.
